A 50% deposit is required and is non-refundable to secure your appointment slot. This deposit is included in the total balance and we offer flexible payment options for your convenience. You can pay in cash, ApplePay or through Zelle. If the payment page does not appear, please send the deposit to Zelle or ApplePay using 240-353-2425. The deposit will only be refunded in case of an appointment cancellation by us or if there is an error on our end. If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason, your deposit can be applied to a future appointment slot.

Please address any questions or concerns regarding your hair before leaving the seat. Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours of the installation. You can contact us via phone at (240) 353-2425.

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please text me at (240) 353-2425. To cancel, call us or text at least 24 hours before the appointment time.

If you anticipate running late, please notify us via phone call or text message. Note: Notifications are not accepted via social media.

No show appointments will be charged the full price of the scheduled service and may not be permitted to book with us in the future.

We understand and respect your privacy. We take pictures of our clients' hairstyles to showcase on our social media pages. If you prefer not to have your hairstyle photographed, kindly inform us before the service begins. By default, we assume consent for photographing and using your hairstyle images, including your face, across our social media pages.

Before your appointment, ensure your hair is at least 2 inches long, washed, and blown dry straight. If you require removal of hair and washing please advise when making an appointment. Please refrain from using oils in your hair. Styles cannot be changed on the day of your appointment. If you require a touch-up, do not book for a full service.

We provide services for clients 4 years and older.

We cannot accommodate extra guests in our salon, unless you are a parent with a small child.
